Wayne Dignam is the founder and Managing Director of Tender Team and has many years experience as a consultant in public sector procurement in a diverse range of organisations. Wayne’s skills in bid consultancy have been developed by the focused approach he takes with every client and his honest assessment of what needs to be done to win. He works on individual bids and also implements processes for tender management and improvement within companies. He has vast experience of tenders, having worked across many sectors with hundreds of companies.
He runs Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Courses with Engineers Ireland, Chartered Accountants Ireland, the Bar Association, Construction Industry Federation (CIF) and the Royal Institute of Architects in Ireland (RIAI), the PM Forum and local County Enterprise Boards, providing up to date guidance on procurement developments.
Wayne has a degree in Engineering and Mathematics from Trinity College Dublin, a masters degree in Engineering from NUI Galway and a masters degree in Business Studies from DCU. He is a member of the Forum for Public Procurement (FPP) and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
