Wayne has many years experience as a consultant in public sector procurement in a diverse range of organisations. Wayne’s skills in bid consultancy have been developed by the focused approach he takes with every client and his honest assessment of what needs to be done to win.
Within Tender Team, Wayne manages a number of consultants and administrators nationwide to ensure the team is working closely with our clients. Wayne also develops new business opportunities and keeps a daily monitor on public sector contract notices for our clients. Wayne runs Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Courses with Engineers Ireland, the Bar Association and the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) providing up to date guidance on procurement developments.
Wayne has a degree in Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, a masters degree in Engineering from NUI Galway and a masters degree in Business Studies from DCU. He is a member of the Forum for Public Procurement (FPP) and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
