Teresa has a combined career profiles between ICT technologist and procurement manager.
As a procurement manager, Teresa worked in both public and private environments to develop and manage numerous national and EU tenders. She is confident and competent with different public procurement procedures including framework agreement and competitive dialogue. She has managed various categories such as ICT, Facility Management, Construction, Marketing with excellent results on savings. Her previous employment includes Hospital Procurement Services Group Ltd, where Teresa was the information and contract support manager. Currently, she is working as a advisory role within a financial institute.
Teresa also worked and has been successful in both public and private bid management within her previous companies. She is familiar with all activities including bid strategy selection, risk analysis, pre bid content preparation and tender document configuration.
Teresa started her career as IT manager and has developed in-depth understanding of a full IT infrastructure. Couple with her programming skills, she has a specialty on the integration between management process and information system.
Teresa has a degree in Commerce from University College Dublin, a master degree in Management Science and Science from University College Dublin. She is a member of Irish Institute of Purchasing & Material Management, as well as a diploma on Organisational Management from Open University.
