Louise was bid manager at O'Mahony Pike Architects & Urban Designers for 3 years, managing and structuring bids for large, complex, high-profile, architect-led, multi-discipline design teams such as the Limerick Regeneration Plan for both Moyross and Southill and the Grangegorman Masterplanning submissions.
She has a further 3 years experience working on tender submissions in a number of other sectors such as the provision of home-care for the elderly, event management, legal, HR and recruitment consultancies, utilities and ancillary services, vehicle towing, website design, hospital facilities and design and also in IT.
Louise's experience has given her a keen understanding of the detail that is involved in preparing successful tender submissions, and she is skilled at compiling material into a feasible working response document and coordinating and styling them from the beginning to conclusion.
Louise is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
