Assignment of dates and durations to all activities – Bid Schedule prepared by Tender Team.  The Tender Schedule highlights key dates for senior management review and sign-off.
Establishment of Roles and Responsibilities matrix - Roles and Responsibilities matrix prepared by Tender Team 
Document Control procedures – Preparation of templates, styles and required formatting – Prepared and Managed by Tender Team
Risk Review - Used to understand and mitigate against risks within the project and also the tender process.
2. Preparation of Table of Contents utilising appropriate tender document navigation
3. Weekly progress review meetings, tracking deliverable progress against the tender schedule
4. Provision of appropriate document structure to facilitate completion of tender responses 
5. Proof reading of tender responses to highlight areas for improvement
6. Tender compilation, technical writing and formatting.  Tender Team will review all document content for suitability, formatting, presentation, cross-referencing and typographical errors.
7. Document compilation, production and packaging
