This involves both a strategy and a process for finding the right price that wins a contract, ie. the customer’s final trade off between capabilities and purchase price. This will look at how you devise a cost model and how to research and implement important competitor information.

There is nothing as bad as getting through the prequalification stage, tender stage, but falling on the last hurdle by giving a poor presentation. In this workshop, participants will learn to plan presentations using processes, tools, and disciplines similar to those used to prepare proposals. Delivery style and presentation skills will be taught along with making your presentation look professional.

To create your own high quality prequalifications and tenders in-house you need to use the right design and desk top publishing software. First we design your packaging, folders, dividers and document templates, then we train your bid managers to use this publishing software to create high quality submissions and make best use of its time saving advanced features.
