Joe will then visit you to go through the findings and present a detailed solution centred on achieving solid business improvements that you will have identified as being areas requiring focus and attention.
It is at this point you will in agreement with Joe; agree a plan of action to take your business to the next level.
At this point and after agreeing a suitable course of action, which may include specially tailored in-house workshops, one to one business coaching, mentoring, consultancy and accountability, Joe will focus his efforts in implementing strategic business plans and closing the gaps that currently exists between where you are now and where you have decided you want to be.
