A4 Wire Bound Pre Quals
For those smaller jobs that don’t need as much content.
A simple wire bind keeps everything together neatly, while a striking cover design on heavier paper can help it stand out from your competitors and makes it sturdy. If you use dividers on a heavier paper too, it helps to divide up the content making it easy for the contracting authority to find.

Custom A4 Ringbinders
For those larger jobs that require more content.
This is one of our most popular packaging options using a 65mm Ringbinder. You can produce bespoke ringbinders that make the most of your branding. The best part is if you choose not to put the tender submission name on the front, these ringbinders are fantastic for any future proposals too.
Don’t forget that if you are working on a design and build tender you can separate the main Design Proposal into a 65mm branded ringbinder, and the Cost Proposal into a smaller 25mm branded ringbinder. This is the perfect combination for design and build tenders which are bigger and bulkier. Tabbed dividers are perfect for these ringbinders. They help to break out the content in a coherent way, making the contracting authority’s job easier.

Custom Box Sets
Another favourite of ours, it’s perfect for design and build tenders where several copies of one Design Proposal are required.
It consists of a large custom made box that has your branding on the outside and slides open to reveal your Design Proposals. In this case we find that wire bound documents work really well, and to make it extra sharp why not try making it A3 landscape so you really create an impact.

File Box Sets
When you have a lot of supplementary information to provide with your tender – but can’t think of anyway to present it neatly, then this option is for you.
It’s quite simply a filing box – except to make it easier for the contracting authority to find what they’re looking for you can use custom dividers to separate the content. This is also a very easy way to give any A1 drawings – just fold them into A4 and pop them behind a divider.
