Trainer's profile
Wayne Dignam BA BAI MEngSc MBS MIEI is a bid consultant and has many
years experience in public sector procurement. He has a degree in
Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, a masters degree in
Engineering from NUI Galway and a masters degree in Business Studies
from DCU.
His background is in construction, managing prequalifications for
main contractors, sub-contractors and consortia with engineers and
architects and other professions.
Wayne runs his consultancy providing many bid management services
such as template and folder design, proof reading, personnel training
and certification for quality, safety and environmental management.
