Public Procurement – More changes to rules and questionnaires
Overview
Many firms are relying on public contracts to survive and grow their engineering business. This course will explain the new template questionnaires issued by the National Procurement Service (NPS) and how these will affect submission requirements. The course will provide an overview of marking schemes and how your firm can best meet the criteria for contract award.
Having learned the rules of the game, it is important to look at what your company can do to improve its potential for success in a tender. The skills in putting together winning bids and proposals is critical to the success of any business and delegates will have the opportunity to develop these skills.

Trainer's profile
Wayne Dignam BA BAI MEngSc MBS MIEI AM.APMP is the founder and managing director of Tender Team and has many years experience in public sector procurement. He has a degree in Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, a masters degree in Engineering from NUI Galway and a masters degree in Business Studies from DCU. His background is in construction, managing prequalifications for main contractors, sub-contractors and consortia with engineers and architects and other professions. Wayne has a very high success rate in winning public sector contracts for companies across all sectors in Ireland and abroad.
