Pre-qualification Questionnaire Course
This course is designed for those involved in Public Sector Procurement contracting and sub-contracting including: Main, Sub and Specialist Contractors, Project Managers, Contract Managers, Estimators, Quantity Surveyors and Contract Administrators.
The course includes workshops dealing with Safety and Health issues and Pre-Qualification Administration, and is designed to deal with specific requirements of the recent pre-qualification documents issued in 2009.
CIF Tendering and Contracting Services programmes are designed to allow participants access to the specialist knowledge of CIF executive staff; active participation, specific queries and questions are encouraged during the session and make up an important part of each programme.
A new feature of this Tendering & Contracting programme is the provision of an information bureau for all participants on the programmes offering advice, information and guidance on CIF member services.

- Overview of latest Pre-Qualification Questionnaire template.
- Purpose of the pre-qualification process.
- The role of the process in the open and restricted process.
- Permitted criteria for pre-qualification and obligations of the authority with regards to disclosure.
- Minimum and maximum qualification criteria.
- Debriefing entitlements.
Duration
This course is run as a half-day programme from 9.15am to 1.00pm.
